Since 2007, Chef Adrianne has taken the food scene by storm, firmly establishing herself as a celebrity chef, author, television personality, andrestaurateur. Chef Adrianne's Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar, has dazzled patrons with its delicious rotating menu. Named one of the U.S.'s 15 most unique restaurants by Zagat in 2016, being selected as one of the 17 most important restaurants in Miami by Thrillist, being named in the Miami Food Bucket List, also by Thrillist, and winning best chef (2014,2016, 2018) and best restaurant (2014, 2017) in Miami-Dade during the Readers' Choice Awards. In 2018, she was once again named Miami's Best Chef by the New Times.
A native, born and raised in Miami, Chef Chris Valdes has created a delectable and fun approach to the kitchen. He is a remarkable young man, with a gifted palate and a unique ability to create amazing dishes. He fuses Caribbean flavors with modern influences to create thought provoking dishes that are easy to make. Disciplined, creative, and detail oriented are just a few words to describe his engaging persona. His relentless drive to create and share his innovative recipes has led him to dabble in creating YouTube videos and open a catering business. Chef Chris is devoted to cooking, but most importantly, to sharing his love for the culinary arts with everyone.

Following a 3-month pop-up at the newly opened Time Out Market in Miami Beach, Chef Miguel Massens is looking forward to bringing his debut fine-dining restaurant, Antilia, to the city of Miami, where he will present the diverse cuisines of Miami with an elegant approach. Miami-born to Cuban parents, his extensive career includes time spent in the kitchens and dining rooms of some of the world's greatest restaurants, including Daniel in New York City and The French Laundry in Napa Valley. The former opening Chef de Cuisine of Three by acclaimed Chef Norman Van Aken, Miguel has also spent time staging in Spain (Arzak, Quique Dacosta, Casa Gerardo) and Mexico (Quintonil). He was recently named one of 8 Under-the-Radar Chefs in Miami by Zagat, and one of 9 Chefs to Watch in Miami by Forbes.

Many will say Miami Native Monica “Mika” Leon and founder of Caja Caliente, was born to be in the culinary world! Leon began her journey with food in 2012 in her early 20’s. Leon, began her first business at 21, Mika Bites, a catering company where she baked empanada and pastries. Fast forward 5 years Leon, went full throttle and merged her passion for food, cooking, and family, creating the perfect career for herself, this was the inception of Caja Caliente, as Leon opened with her first restaurant via food truck in April of 2016. In 2019, Leon brought her Cuban tacos 🌮🌮 and fan favorites dishes to Coral Gables, now her second location and first brick and mortar establishment. Caja Caliente Coral Gables has quickly become a local favorite serving up for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night bites. The success of @CajaCaliente has shined local and nationwide limelight for the young entrepreneur currently 29 years old. Caja Caliente and Leon, have been featured on Miami Magazine, Miami New Times, Thrillist, Eater as America’s Young Guns semi-finalist, The Food Network’s, Guy’s Grocery Store Games, and most recently on Beat Bobby Flay launching Sept 2019. Monica “Mika” Leon’s passion for the culinary world is just beginning to come to fruition with plans to continue to open new concepts in the near future!

Chef Jesus Diaz, better known as Chef Yisus, will be the Celebrity Host Chef of Session 3 of Cork & Fork on Sunday, March 8th. Yisus, a Venezuelan born chef, shares his recipes every morning on the #1 ranked Spanish-network morning show, Despierta America on Univision. Yisus’ devoted fans have been casting their votes for their beloved chef to earn a spot on People’s Español’s Most Beautiful List.

Michelle Posada is a telenovela actress, social media sensation and restaurateur who has checked off more accomplishments than most people do in a lifetime—though she is only 26! Posada starred in TV commercials and movies from an early age in her native Venezuela, where her passion for the culinary arts led her to buy and run a food truck when she was barely 18 years old. When she moved to Miami, she began working on soap operas while making the most of her communication skills by managing social media accounts for dozens of local restaurants, accumulating more than 100K followers on Instagram. In her own rite, she became a lifestyle influencer, social media celebrity and YouTube sensation. Her social media channels, experience in marketing and love for food paved the way for the opening her own namesake restaurant: Michi’s. In 2017 she opened Michi’s with the goal of creating a foodie community and offering healthy versions of the foods we all love to eat-- a whimsical mix of culinary favorites, Miami fare and downright delicious eats nobody can refuse. In 2019 she launched her newest venture "Michi's Skinny Detox Tea".”.

South Florida critically acclaimed chef Brad Kilgore won the hearts of Floridians and visitors from around the world with Alter in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood in 2015. Known for his delectable “Soft Egg,” Brad has continued to grow his culinary empire through the creation of Kilgore Culinary with the opening of several new concepts. In 2018, Brad introduced Kaido, a Japanese-inspired cocktail lounge. Brad is also the Culinary Director of Brava at the Adrienne Arsht Center. In 2019, Kilgore became a five-time James Beard Award Semifinalist. Brad has been named a semifinalist for the prestigious James Beard awards in the category Best New Restaurant for Alter and Rising Star chef in 2016 and 2017. In 2016, Brad was named Best New Chef in America by Food & Wine Magazine and Alter was named a Diners Discovery from San Pellegrino “The World’s 50 Best”.
