Pablo Zitzmann

Chef Pablo Zitzmann started out his career in Bogota where he got his start working in Mexican restaurants at age 14. Upon attending law school and deciding it wasn’t for him he went on to pursue his cooking aspirations by attending culinary school. At age 18 he came to the states where put his love for Chinese food --- working in kitchens like Nobu and Matador Room. In 2017 this lead him to partnering with No Name Chinese as their executive chef where he was able to take his favorite cuisine and give it a modern spin.

Ana Quinconces

Ana Quincoces, voted Miami’s “Hottest Chef,” was a cast member on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Miami Seasons 2 and 3. Her love of Cuban food and culture and her desire to create a lasting legacy for her daughters prompted her to leave a 20 year career as a lawyer and follow her passion which led to a career in food and cooking as well as other entrepreneurial pursuits including Skinny Latina®, ZipEazeTM and three cookbooks to date. She was a finalist on the most recent season of Food Network Star.

Michelle Bernstein

South Florida’s very own Chef Michelle Bernstein has dazzled diners and critics alike with her sublime cuisine and a vibrant personality. These days, Bernstein is busier than ever. Bernstein and her husband/business partner David Martinez) own/operate MBC Michelle Bernstein Catering Company in addition to their newest endeavor, Café La Trova, a Cuban-inspired bar and café located in Little Havana combining innovative and traditional Cuban-style and technique. She is a winner of the prestigious James Beard Award and the author of Cuisine a Latina. Presently, she hosts two, Miami-based, TV shows, including WPLG’s Emmy Award winning, SoFlo TASTE.

Ingrid Hoffmann

Ingrid Hoffmann, is a professional eater, author, and host of Top Chef Estrellas (Telemundo, NBC), Simply Delicioso (Cooking Channel), and Delicioso (Univision). A recipient of the 2018 Hispanic Heritage Award for Culinary Arts, Ingrid is passionate about cooking, entertaining, and helping her fans lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Ingrid has launched her very own food brand, Cocina by Ingrid Hoffmann, which focuses on easy, delicious, and healthy meal solutions for the family.

Chef Rey De La Osa

Rey began his Publix career in 1999 in Customer Service. While attending Johnson & Wales University, Rey worked at The Four Seasons Hotel in Miami. In 2008, Rey transferred to the Prepared Foods Department at Publix Greenwise Market in Boca Raton to pursue his culinary career. Rey began working at the Plantation Publix Aprons Cooking School in 2010 to share his culinary passion with others.Now is the Resident Chef at the Plantation Publix Aprons Cooking School.

A native of his beloved Miami, Chef Chris Valdes fuses Caribbean flavors with an irresistible Latin flair. This dynamic chef masterfully blends his Cuban roots with an insatiable curiosity to create innovative recipes that satisfy even the most discerning palates.

Born in Medellín, Colombia, Cesar Zapata moved to New Jersey when he was 9. He was a Semifinalists on Gordon Ramsay’s Best New Restaurant, has been featured on “ Diners, Drive Ins and Dives” and was recognized as a Rising Star in South Florida in 2016 by Star Chefs.

Miami born and bred, Beltran grew up in Little Havana where every night his family would gather around the table for a traditional Cuban meal.The creative mind behind Ariete, Chef Michael Beltran, pioneer a unique blend of farmhouse cuisine with trail-blazing Latin influences.

Since 2007, Adrianne Calvo has taken the South Florida food scene by storm, firmly establishing herself as a celebrity chef, author, television personality, and restaurateur. To date, she has produced four cookbooks. Her restaurant, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar, has dazzled patrons with its delicious rotating menu.
