Check out our 2015 Kings of Carnaval - Chino & Nacho
Venezuela-born Chino & Nacho blend a fusion of traditional Latin flavors with modern reggaeton dance anthems that have captivated fans since their formation in 2008. The duo has garnered international recognition for several hit songs including “Mi Nina Bonita” and “El Poeta,” which have helped them earn one Latin Grammy, three Latin Billboard Awards, nine Premios Pepsi, one Premios Texas, four Premio Lo Nuestro and one Premios Juventud. Along with becoming Kings of Carnaval Miami 2015, Chino & Nacho will celebrate the release of their sixth studio album, “Radio Universo,” later this spring.
“We are honored to be chosen by the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana as the Kings of Carnaval Miami 2015,” said Nacho. “Calle Ocho has become a place for more than one million people to bond through the timeless traditions of music, dance and food, creating a multi-cultural experience that celebrates who we are, where we’ve been and where we’re going,” added Chino.
FOOD VENDOR at CALLE OCHO 2015
Food Vendors are a vital part of the Calle Ocho Festival. With the variety of ethnic foods represented at the event, it makes the event a reason of pride in our community. It is because of our FOOD VENDORS that festival-goers enjoy a great variety of tastes that are unique to Calle Ocho, where they can taste foods from all over the world, making the event’s ethnicity unique.
Coca Cola is the Official Beverage of the event. All sodas sold are exclusively a product of the Coca Cola Company. It is recommended to all Food Vendors that they reserve their space and location. Spaces will be assigned in the order that the applications and payments are received. Locations are not guaranteed and are assigned on a first come basis. Space is limited.
